Being pressed for time, I have decided to say it with photos rather than with text in today’s post!
Flowers in bloom: L to R and clockwise – Rose (propagated from cutting), Iris, Nasturtium, Azalea (click to enlarge)
Veggies: L to R and clockwise – Onions in ground, onions harvested, fava beans, fava beans harvested together with onions and sunny lettuce (click to enlarge)
Other bloomers: Azalea, Spiraea, Aster savatieri, Yesterday, today and tomorrow (click to enlarge)
Yet other bloomers: L to R and clockwise – flowers of the Japanese Photinia (first time in more than 8 years), lilies, nasturtium and flowers of the Nandina (click to enlarge)
L to R and clockwise: Hostas, Impatiens, Gold Crest Flanked by Ginger Liliies and Scented Geranium (click to enlarge)
I have decided to grow only fruits and flowers in the home garden henceforth, and grow all my vegetables in the office garden. So the main veggie plot at home will have a small table and chairs surrounded by flowers and fruit trees!
Tha’s all for now – have a great day!
